I easily get bored doing the same old thing every day. I know it won’t take long before that boredom crawls in me. That is why as early as now, when I’m still motivated to do things, I’m already looking for ways to prevent it from happening.
Actually, I have few games in Facebook. But, I quit to most of them since I can no longer concentrate on my work. I got a little too attached to each one of it. It is the first thing I do in the morning, before lunch time and then before bed time. It takes a lot of my time that’s why I decided to quit it.
But, I’m pretty sure playing those games help me relieve stress and worries. I read some studies about it, which is pretty much the reason I started playing a lot of games. For now, I’m looking forward to purchase xbox gaming console for myself. Another good thing about it is the fact that I can play together with hubby. Even if we only have one gaming console, I guess we can have two controllers at the same time. However, this time I will just make sure I choose games that doesn’t need to much of my attention and time.

I was doing some web surfing this morning when I read something about belly fat. It reminds me how risky it is to have extra pounds in this area as it increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and early death. I instantly grab a tape measure and size hubby’s midsection. He is even startled when I was doing it while he is still asleep. I have to make sure his waist line (above hip bone and just below naval bottom) is not larger than 40 as that is the average for men; 35 for women. Good thing he did not exceed that number just like mine.
