looking for ways to prevent boredom

I easily get bored doing the same old thing every day. I know it won’t take long before that boredom crawls in me. That is why as early as now, when I’m still motivated to do things, I’m already looking for ways to prevent it from happening.

Actually, I have few games in Facebook. But, I quit to most of them since I can no longer concentrate on my work. I got a little too attached to each one of it. It is the first thing I do in the morning, before lunch time and then before bed time. It takes a lot of my time that’s why I decided to quit it.

But, I’m pretty sure playing those games help me relieve stress and worries. I read some studies about it, which is pretty much the reason I started playing a lot of games. For now, I’m looking forward to purchase xbox gaming console for myself. Another good thing about it is the fact that I can play together with hubby. Even if we only have one gaming console, I guess we can have two controllers at the same time. However, this time I will just make sure I choose games that doesn’t need to much of my attention and time.

There are different types of motion sickness because of new world of today. There is carsickness, space motion sickness, and airsickness. This is the reason that more and more people are now getting to their destinations through air because they will get there quicker.

avoiding the sun damages

Being under the shade most of the time makes me look pale. It’s true I want to have a whiter skin, but not seeing sun looks awful on me. Sun kissed skin fits me perfectly as I look a lot sexy with the color. I’m trying to get out early in the morning to get a good amount of sunlight, but it is not enough to turn the color differently.

For sure being under the sun for a long period of time has damaging effects onto the skin. Good thing Black Friday is coming

When hubby went abroad, my expectation to receive an ipod is so high. I have been looking at the several models of ipods at different stores, offline and online. I thought he already got the idea that I love the item, but wants him to buy it. Sure I like it since I really love music, but I’m not so disposed to buy it for some reason I don’t want to divulge here.

Unfortunately, he gave me other item than that. I had mixed emotions, both happy and sad, when I accept it. Of course, I have to accept it as it was the first gift in our entire history where he made an effort to buy one without my presence. Sigh!

Oh well, I guess I have no choice, but purchase the gadget. Good thing Black Friday is coming. For sure, there are lots of items including Ipod that are on great discounts. I must conserve all my energy in order to keep up with the huge volume of people.

A new study suggests that working out regularly helps ward off colds and flu. Exercise is thought to boost the circulation of the virus-fighting white blood cells known as natural killer cells—the “Marine Corps and Army of the immune system,” says the lead author of the study, David Nieman, a professor of health, leisure, and exercise science at Appalachian State University, in Boone, N.C. “Exercise gets these cells out…to deal with the enemy.”

The increased immune activity brought on by exercise only lasts for about three hours, but the cumulative effect seems to keep disciplined exercisers healthier than most. “As the days add up, it adds up to improved protection from viruses that can make you sick. It’s also possible that people who exercise frequently tend to lead healthy lifestyles in general, and are therefore less likely than couch potatoes to get sick.

getting rid of this bulging belly

I was doing some web surfing this morning when I read something about belly fat. It reminds me how risky it is to have extra pounds in this area as it increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and early death. I instantly grab a tape measure and size hubby’s midsection. He is even startled when I was doing it while he is still asleep. I have to make sure his waist line (above hip bone and just below naval bottom) is not larger than 40 as that is the average for men; 35 for women. Good thing he did not exceed that number just like mine.

However, despite that he is starting to store extra fats just by looking at his apple belly. He needs to start doing something in order to stay healthy. It is important that he burns his belly fat immediately. That’s why I searched for the best fat burner for men because I want to get rid of that bulging belly. From now on, I will try to serve balance meal of whole grains, low fat dairy, lean meat, fruits and vegetables. I just hope he gets to learn to love exercise.
