I’m working once again

I feel so happy when I received my working visa from the company I’m working with this time. It’s the second company I become part of ever since I graduated from college. The adjustment is quite difficult because I’ve been a work-at-home buddy for some time. The schedule and the transportation are the hassles. But, this is my life and as of now I need and have to adjust to it.

However, I noticed our office isn’t taking advantage scanner software. We are having too many paper files and it’s taking up a lot of our space. I’m sure we could use that space for some other purpose. Plus, it’s easier to retrieve files whenever it’s needed as compared to having hard copies. But, I feel awkward to suggest it this time since I’ve been working for only two months. The boss might think I’m meddling too much. But, I will surely suggest it in the future.

Good thing I have the perfect timing now that hubby is not around. He is currently miles away from here and will be coming back probably by Saturday. belated Happy Holidays everyone

Belated Merry Christmas everyone and advance Happy New Year. It takes me this long to say that. I got stuck up with work and even work on Christmas day and will work on New Year’s Day. Well, I can’t whine over that. Even if that’s the case, I will celebrate the occasion no matter what. It will be tiring, but it’s worth since those occasions are celebrated only once in every year.

Although Christmas is already over, I still haven’t given myself anything or hubby. I was not able to go shopping because of my so-called work. Plus, salary didn’t come before Christmas day so there’s no funds to shop. But, according to my colleagues it will come by the end of the month. Hopefully, it will because I will buy myself eyelash growth serum.

I’ve always wanted to have sexy eyelashes. I’m not too blessed to have one. Good thing there are products that can help me achieve fuller, lengthier and sexier eyelashes. Wearing mascara every day is quite a hassle because I’m always on a rush. Oh well, I just hope it can indeed give me the results I wanted.

ideas to consider before your vacation

Summertime is a very big time of year for vacations. The last thing on people’s minds when they are vacationing on a cruise ship, an island, a beach or wherever your travels take you, is what is going on at home. Well, you should at least take care of your home before you leave to prevent a bad situation to come home to. For anybody who has had their house robbed they know that it is not a pleasant thing. Trust me, I have been there.

So, in lieu of the situation I want to pass along some tips that everyone should follow to safeguard from some potential disasters. One of the times your home is most vulnerable is when it is left empty for an extended period of time. Darkened windows, unretrieved mail or newspapers and closed windows in hotter weather all advertise an empty house to a potential burglar. Here are a couple of ideas to consider.

  • Have a housesitter – a friend or family member who you trust to stay at your house while you are gone is a great way to fool burglars.
  • If you can’t get a housesitter then have a neighbor check on your apartment or home while you are gone. Have them turn on some lights or the tv and radio to give the illusion of life.
  • Keep a radio or tv on a timer if nothing else fails. TV noise would immediately give the illusion of somebody being home.
  • A BIG MUST – make sure whomever is watching your home knows how to work all the alarms in the house and knows the code to turn it on or off. They should also know who to call in case of a problem.
  • Unless there is going to be a housesitter, you must have your mail stopped. Even if it is for a couple of days. A stack of mail is a dead giveaway to a burglar. Also have a neighbor keep an eye out for packages that may be delivered too. Have them pick them up and hold them for you.
  • Make sure you have your garden and plants watered to make it seem like there is some kind of life. Especially if your garden is usually spectacular. [Read more...]

conceptualizing the look of his car

Yesterday, I had a chance to chat with my brother. We tackle a lot of topic from my life plans to gossip and so on. We also discuss matters about her car. I’m really interested in reinventing the look of his car. For sure he will appreciate the idea.

Actually, I already suggested the idea the first time he laid hands on the vehicle. But, he declined it because it’s stipulated in the contract that he will not do anything to the car when it’s not yet fully paid. But, he is about to finish his term so it’s best to remind him of the customization.

new orders from her sister

Although hubby is already miles away from his sister, he is still receiving orders from her. He constantly complains that he had enough following her orders. However, he has no choice, but to follow because she is his sister.
