giving me headaches

For two days now, I can’t concentrate finishing my tasks because of the hot weather. The hotness is just too unbearable for me. It’s even giving me headaches and seldom bloody nose. I’m just lucky I don’t suffer from major headaches like migraine. If ever, popping paracetamol won’t be enough to treat it.

Anyway, from doing some blogging, I learned Topamax is used to prescribe to prevent migraine headaches. But, it’s an anti-convulsant mainly used to treat epileptic seizures in children and adults. But, just like any other products, it does have its side-effects. Continued used of Topamax can result in cleft lip or cleft palate – birth defects that occur when the lip or palate fail to completely fuse together. The defect can result in a small, notched lip or in extreme cases, an open groove that extends from the roof of the mouth to the nose.

If this happens, the aggrieve party can file Topamax lawsuit and O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath can greatly help. Their attorneys understand that the child’s injuries may not be the parent’s fault – instead, possibly a dangerous side-effect of Topamax. Their expertise and experience, combined with their highly trained staff, make them uniquely well-equipped to handle even the most complex products liability claims.
