That is really frustrating for me because this is the first time we encounter such damages. And the landlady doesn’t want to hold responsible for the repairs. Our contract doesn’t specify that either.

This is very interesting information. But, I think I don’t have time to wait until I get this kind of insurance benefits. All I can do now is to look for a new place and transfer as soon as possible even if the contract did not end. For all I know she already violated the contract and I have to save myself from the worries of the leaks.
