I used to tell myself that I will only lose weight if I have the right gadgets at home like treadmills. That’s a lame excuse not to go on exercise. But, months have passed by and still I wasn’t able to buy a treadmill. I can’t wait for it because I keep on adding my weight. Going to the gym is not an option since I have no time to travel to the place.
Luckily I decided to exercise even without anything just an exercise DVD. I followed the steps for continually for about a month and slowly reduced my weight. Now I am happy with what I achieved. It is not much, but it sure is an improvement for me. I hope this continues until I reach my desired size and weight.
Meanwhile I’m the exact opposite to most people at commenting and will comment if I have the tiniest little thing to say, probably cos I started commenting with TwentyMajor’s blog that almost instantly goes off topic.

The less processed food is the better it is for you. So a big dish of crunchy raw veggies is a must for summer nibbles. I love grilled swordfish with chilli and a big salad.
It seems that that is an Indian credit bureau, so I’m guessing you’re in India. I’m not sure how that may differ from here in the US, but credit bureaus here would not remove negative information just because you finally paid it off: anyone interested in lending you money would still want to know that you had been late or not paid for a period of time, so they can better project what you are likely to do if they lend you money too. They should note that it did get paid, which should help, but the only way to really keep your credit record clear is simply to not abuse it in the first place.
