I feel so disappointed and felt deceive after I discover that somewhere in our water pipeline is leaking. I felt that the lessor trick me for not presenting the previous water bill and purposely show the wrong water meter. Now the new water bill arrived, I was able to prove that there is a leak. The problem is that she won’t take charge to pay for the repair. It’s her responsibility and it’s my right. But, she is no longer to be found and I hate it.

That is why I realize the importance of owning a house. I am trying to look for affordable home loan available. With our current situation, we can afford to buy a house in spot cash.

Good thing there are several home loans that fits our budget. And the houses I have seen are my dream house. Although it’s not the perfect dream house I want, but I can deal with it. We can always do renovation in the long-run.

But, I am trying to convince hubby about it since he doesn’t agree. The place is situation far from the city. And hubby is a city dweller type of guy who wants everything within a few minutes. But, low cost housing is only available in the outskirts of town. I don’t care about it, it’s not an issue. All I want is to own a house that I no longer have to deal with lessors.
