Not all people are blessed with beautiful body. Some feel conscious that eventually decreases their self-esteem. Well, I have known one person that wants to slim down. She feels that no man would ever want to be with her because of her weight. Most of her boyfriends are married man. Well, she only had two ever since. And she feels she will never have a new relationship with her current weight. One of her ways to trim down is through dieting and exercise. That venture run for a year and she stop last two months. As of now she is taking in ephedra diet pill. Let’s see if she will continue the battle. She gave up last time. Hopefully not this time.
