he really lost weight

I am surprised to see my brother lost so much weight. I thought it would be impossible for him to trim down because he got so big when he was 18. Years after he is still big and nobody, including, me expect that he will succeed. The first thing that came up in my mom is that, he used diet pill like that of Nuphedra. But, he said that he was so stressed out with his work that he trimmed down weight abruptly. Well, it is not a good way to lose weight. I told him that he should light up a little to look good and healthy.
