It’s not like I am going to tie the knot soon. But I am sure I will in the future. As early as now, I am working on my wedding favors without my partner’s knowledge. I am not sure that he might like the idea I have in mind. So, I just have to keep this a secret to him first. All I want for my big day is that it will create impact and will remain in the minds of my visitors. I want top-quality wedding supplies and novelty items for that day. But, top quality is not enough. I want hard-to-find wedding supplies that are affordable. It’s my big day so I have to make it as special and as perfect as possible.
How Reduce Work Stress
First, identify what’s creating stress at work. Maybe it’s lack of control over your job. Or maybe it’s worry about losing your job or how you are doing at work. You might feel stress because you’re unable to express your thoughts and ideas to your boss and coworkers.
Think about why you want to reduce stress at work. You might want to protect your heart and your health by reducing stress. Or maybe you simply want to enjoy your life more and not let work stress control how you feel. Your reason for wanting to change is important. If your reason comes from you—and not someone else—it will be easier for you to make a healthy change for good.
Next, set a goal for yourself that involves reducing your stress level. Think about both a long-term and a short-term goal. An example of this is “A friend of mine whose long-term goal is to reduce stress by managing her frustration over things he can’t control at work. His short-term goal is to learn to do deep breathing and relaxation exercises when he gets stressed. He’ll try it the next time his boss hands her a last-minute project.”
After setting your goals, think about what might get in your way. Use a personal action plan to write down your goals, the possible barriers, and your ideas for getting past them. By thinking about these barriers now, you can plan ahead for how to deal with them if they happen.
Most important, make sure you get support from friends and family in your efforts to reduce job stress. If your company has an employee assistance program, you might use it to talk with a counselor. A counselor can help you set goals and provide support in dealing with setbacks.
learning I have everyday
I have been blogging for quite a while now. The thing of the matter is that I am learning every day. The number of information in the net is so vast. Yesterday I was checking the term File Extension ID. Sadly I am not so good in my endeavor yesterday.
The web thus gives me ample amount of sites to check on. However, File Extension ID is an elusive term I guess. I could not find what I am looking for. Good thing I found a site today that tackles about File Extension ID. At last it gives a ray of light to a dim mind I have although it is not as crystal clear, but it will be in the long run. I know that it will be very useful. So, I will not stop searching.
caught up my attention
I almost forgot to check my emails and do my blog tasks because my attention is caught up with option trading. I have been reading and analyzing how options can make money. It says so many things that I am having hard time to catch up. But the only thing I am sure is that option market is a huge market with thousands and thousands of optionable stocks. Dealing with hundreds already creates headache what more to thousands. One good solution is PowerOptions that is using their own patented SmartSearchXL® technology. It can provide the essential data needed to invest with stock options. It automatically sort, filter, and analyze stock option available. This is way too easy rather than going around which is a waste of time.
Traveling by Airplane Safety Tips
Allow yourself and your family extra time to get through security – especially when traveling with younger children.- Talk to your children before coming to the airport about the security screening process. Let them know that their bags (backpack, dolls, etc.) will be put in the X-ray machine and will come out the other end and be returned to them.
- Discuss the fact that it’s against the law to make threats such as; “I have a bomb in my bag.” Threats made jokingly (even by a child) can result in the entire family being delayed and could result in fines.
- Similar to travel in motor vehicles, a child is best protected on an airplane when properly restrained in a car safety seat appropriate for the age, weight and height of the child, meeting standards for aircraft until the child weighs more than 40 lbs. and can use the aircraft seat belt. You can also consider using a restraint made only for use on airplanes and approved by the FAA. Belt-positioning booster seats cannot be used on airplanes, but they can be checked as luggage so you have them for use in rental cars and taxis.
- Although the FAA allows children under age 2 to be held on an adult’s lap, the AAP recommends that families explore options to ensure that each child has his own seat. Discounted fares may be available. If it is not feasible for you to purchase a ticket for a small child, try to select a flight that is likely to have empty seats.
- Pack a bag of toys and snacks to keep your child occupied during the flight.
- In order to decrease ear pain during descent, encourage your infant to nurse or suck on a bottle. Older children can try chewing gum, filling up a glass of water and blowing bubbles through a straw (4 years of age or older), or blowing up balloons (8 years of age or older).
- Consult your pediatrician before flying with a newborn or infant who has chronic heart or lung problems or with upper or lower respiratory symptoms.
- Consult your pediatrician if flying within 2 weeks of an episode of an ear infection or ear surgery.
facts about industrial company abroad
My future brother-in-law is working in an industrial company abroad. Actually, he doesn’t know that he will be assigned in the field working with industrial equipment. Yesterday, they had chitchat with his brother complaining his life in there. He said that he had difficulties performing his duty in the field. He talked to his superior to transfer him in the office. Okay here’s the deal. He is allowed to transfer but his salary will decrease of up to 40 percent. Isn’t that big? He is soliciting advice from his family here, if his decision is fine. Although I am not part of it, but I will just give my thoughts on the matter. I think, if his current job poses a threat to his health, then it’s better to transfer to a lower paying job just to be sure he can still work the next day.
while dropping to my friends blogs
While dropping to my friends blogs, I read one entry that is in her way to outer banks. I have been reading about Outer Banks rentals for a long while now. And reading somebody is really going there to enjoy the place, makes me a bit jealous and envious. It is such a nice thing to do for this hot season. Why don’t I have the money now? When will I be able to go to places I want? These are just few questions swirling my mind while reading her post. I’ll just hope that this will have positive answers in the long run. But, I wish good luck for the owner of the post.
