I just can’t forget the time, when I have been the manager of a little branch. Well, even though it’s little I am still proud of it. This time, I just realize how heartless I am to my subordinates. Well, there are times I am like that but there are times I am good as well. One time, one of them forgets the whereabouts of our rubber stamp, all our rubber stamps. She said she keeps it, for a cleaner office. But the time when we need it, she can’t remember where she put it. I gave her an ultimatum of 24 hours to find each one. If not, she has no other choice but to order new ones, all charged to her. However, after a couple of days, she found the stamps and we have so many stamps in the end.

planned summer vacation

Now that I am planning for a vacation this summer, I am really working hard to get back my waistline to its good shape. I am looking forward to wearing sexy swimsuits this summer. Of course, I don’t want to look awful. So, I have to work hard to get off my bulges. I am trying to use an elliptical trainer. It is a stationary exercise machine used to simulate walking or running without causing excessive pressure to the joints, hence decreasing the risk of impact injuries. I have no time to walk or run around outside and reserve my skin for the summer.

The key to using a map correctly is in knowing how to sector the map.  Take the map and study it carefully, looking for areas where fish are most likely to be found.  Use a colored pen or highlighter to divide the map into sections.  Experienced anglers can use the sections to determine where they will fish, dependant on the amount of time they have to spend.  The size of the sections will vary depending on structures, contours and how many areas you want to try.  Once you choose your spot, don’t give up on it too quickly.

There is much more to being a consistent bass angler than just dropping your anchor and casting the line.  That’s what makes a bass tournament so competitive and exciting.  You need to think like a bass and find the spots that other anglers have missed.  Remember what to look for in bass fishing areas:

There are several ways to get off those excess pounds; I tell a friend who just felt bad about herself. You can go on a diet, hit the gym or taking in weight loss pill. All of them will have good results if taken seriously. Diet pills are created to really have some good results. However, as I checked on her lifestyle that she is using all of those methods, yet there is no good result at all. From what I see is that after she exercise, she sleeps for about four hours. After dieting and taking the pills, she eats a hump full of food. And then binge on alcoholic drinks. These are the reason she never goes out of her weight. She was hurt because of what I say. Well, truth hurts but it’s good so she will know where she is committing mistakes.
