Information about Acne!

Basically, acne is a skin disorder that leads to an outbreak of lesions called pimples or “zits.” The most common form of the disease is called acne vulgaris—the rash that affects many adolescents. Acne vulgaris is triggered by the hormonal changes that occur in puberty. This is a condition in which pimples appear on the face, chest, and back. In teenagers, acne usually appears on the forehead, nose, and chin. It is caused by the overproduction of sebum. Sebum is an oily substance that forms in glands just under the surface of the skin called sebaceous glands.

During puberty, there are increased levels of the male hormone androgen. High levels of androgen cause excess sebum to form. Sometimes the sebum combines with dead, sticky skin cells and bacteria called Propioni-bacterium acnes that normally live on the skin. The mixture of oil and cells allows the bacteria to grow in the plugged follicles. This will now be the formation of the blackheads or whiteheads. Acne treatments should be consider if there is this painful nodules and cysts are present, acne lesions are causing scarring and over-the-counter medications have not been effective.

30 best international players in the NBA

I am one of the NBA fanatic and I cannot deny the fact that I have my choices when it comes to the themes and players. The NBA organization also recognize those players who dedicated their ability and career with basketball association. Thus, they were able to come up with this 30 best international players in the NBA today. With their amazing stats and performance you will also consider theme as one of the best in the NBA today. So, guys check this out!

“It’s an international game these days, as everyone keeps reminding us, and a look at the past few MVP winners in the NBA only reinforces that point. Would you believe that in the past six seasons, only one MVP was born in the 50 United States?

This year will make it two out of seven — all the leading contenders are American — but it underscores the point that this has been the decade of the internationals in pro basketball.

Before we get to the rankings, let’s revisit the ground rules. We’re looking at players born outside of the 50 U.S. states, which means the likes of Tim Duncan (U.S. Virgin Islands) and Carlos Arroyo (Puerto Rico) count — if you want to get into a semantic debate about their American-ness, take it up with the NBA, which lists both players as internationals.

Second, we’ve listed each player with his country of birth — last year it jolted some folks to see the South African flag next to Steve Nash’s name, but he was actually born in Johannesburg.

Rumored: Angelina Jolie’s Are Worth $10M?

These days, having a baby (and selling out exclusive rights to his or her first-ever photos) has turned into a very profitable business for the big Hollywood stars – and not only. The growing celebrity baby photos industry is currently seen as a profitable market, with more and more pregnant ladies out there set to try and take it by storm – with breathtaking results. Of course, there is a select group of fresh mommies and mommies-to-be that doesn’t need to go chasing celebrity magazines begging for some interest in their offspring. For the likes of Jessica Alba or Angelina Jolie, it’s not a question of “if”, but a question of “when and how much”. At a time like this, there is evidence that the photos of Angelina Jolie’s rumored twins could be worth up to $10 million.

“It’s at the point now where some stars might decide to have more kids just to collect the money from their photos”, says one magazine editor via the NY Post. National Enquirer Executive Editor Barry Levine is also quoted as saying that “it’s become big business now”. “It’s outrageous, they’ve gotten very sophisticated. The rights are bought up now even before the celebrity enters the hospital. They hire extra security so it’s impossible to obtain a photo illegally”, he said. He also estimates that photos of Angelina Jolie’s twins could be sold for up to $10 million. Magazines are said to regard this increasingly outrageous trade in baby photos as an investment, as the exclusive photos are often re-sold overseas and posted on the Internet as an extra source of profit.

Levine also makes a valid point saying that the market for baby photos has become nothing short of outrageous these days. “That’s where the market is right now. When I was the editor of Star in LA, we bought photos of Lisa Marie Presley’s baby back in 1989 for $100,000, and at the time I thought it was outrageous. Now it’s chump change”, he declared to the NY Post. “I’d like to see more people like Sarah Jessica Parker standing outside the hospital and giving the shot away for free”. It’s a good thing, then, that we didn’t have such noble expectations from the likes of Jennifer Lopez, who pocketed $6 million for photos of her newborn twins Max and Emme. But then again, not everyone possesses Angelina’s self-sacrificing martyr genes.

Sneak Peek into the New Harry Potter Movie!

Joanne Rowling may have finished her world-famous series of novels depicting the magical adventures of the boy wizard Harry Potter, but the movie franchise intent on bringing Harry to the big screens is still going strong. The shooting for the sixth movie in the series, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince”, has begun a while ago, and Warner Bros is offering us a first peek into the much darker world of our favorite characters’ sixth year at Hogwarts. The producers promise us a much more realistic and mature movie, in which the awareness of Lord Voldemort’s rise to power, the day-to-day challenges of attending a school of magic and the pangs and woes of disappointed teenage love intertwine for an unforgettable experience.

The first photo for “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” has been released. If anything, it definitely looks like the three main characters – played by Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson – have grown up nicely since we last saw them last year, and are promising a spectacular treat for their fans. The movie is produced by the veteran David Heyman (who acted as producer for all the films in the Harry Potter franchise) together with David Barron, while the screenplay based on the book by J.K. Rowling is adapted by Steve Kloves, who also drew the scripts for the first four movies in the franchise.

Producer Heyman stated in a recent interview that he is really excited that David Yates and the entire cast are back for the sixth film and welcome some wonderful new additions to their ensemble. They all share a commitment to Jo Rowling and to Harry Potter fans around the world to keep making these films the best they can be and, as they head into the final installments, they promise that this level of commitment will not waver. What he didn’t mention is the facts that as the movies come closer to the grand finale, the entire cast and crew are under a lot of pressure to maximize the story’s appeal and keep it from becoming boring or – even worse – predictable. So, enjoy the first exclusive peek into the world of the “Half-Blood Prince” and stay tuned for fresher entertainment news!

The world’s Longest Ear Hair!

You may have heard about many freak records (and the Guinness Book of World Records is full of them) and now you can add another one: Radhakant Bajpai, a grocer from the city of Kanpur, in the state of Uttar Pradesh, northern India, has the world’s hairiest ears.

Bajpai’s ear tufts were already 13.2 cm (5.2 in) when he broke the record in 2003 and now the man is really unbeatable: his ear hair has grown to almost 25 cm (10 in). Bajapai had defeated BD Tyagi of the city of Bhopal (central India), whose ear adornments measured 10.2 cm (4.1 in) (could it be because of the Bhopal accident?), and the amazing length was confirmed for the Guinness Book of Records by medical examiner Dr. R P Gupta.

The man washes his ear hair with a special shampoo (for a brighter hair and rapid growth) and has ceased wearing rings and necklaces, in order not to damage it. The ear tufts are long enough for wearing two small ponytails. But Bajpai does not fully enjoy his record, as he feels that the authorities do not really appreciate his efforts (surprising, isn’t it?).

“The government is not providing any assistance and society too is apathetic. People consider sporting long hair on ears to be an act of foolishness. Had the government commended the feat, society would also have been quick to accord recognition,” said Bajpai.

“Making it to Guinness World Records is indeed a special occasion for me and my family. God has been very kind to me,” Bajpai told The Sun.
